Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online store only.
How much for postage?
To keep things simple, we have 3 flat rates for postage:
Auckland: $5.50
Rest of North Island: $9.99
South Island: $12.99
What is the delivery time frame?
We aim to have our orders shipped the next business day. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery and a extra day if you live rural.
Where do you source your crystals from?
We love to support our local businesses and for this reason we source all our crystals from stores within NZ. Our supplier’s travel to Brazil several times a year to hand pick the crystals and gemstones.
Do you ship internationally?
No sorry, unfortunately at this stage we are shipping within NZ only.
